All goods remain property of KiKi's House Handmade Soaps until payment is recieved. We accept payments via Paypal only and all orders must be paid for in full before dispatch. Unfortunatley we do not accept payment by cheque.
Under the statute laws for Consumer Protection and the Distance Selling Regulations 2000 (which may be amended from time to time) you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of your good at any time up to 7 working days after delivery. You may cancel your order by contacting us via email to firstname.lastname@example.org. To qualify for a refund, the goods must be returned to us in resalable condition. You are responsible for the cancelled goods and the postage costs of the goods until they are recieved by us. We will refund the cost of the cancelled goods only when they are recieved by us. This will be done as soon as practicable but in any event within 30 days of receipt of the cancelled goods.
We aim to deliver your order within 5 working days; however during peak times i.e. December it may be wise to inquire about delivery date at the time of placing your order. We use a Royal Mail recorded delivery for the delivery of our orders. If you require a Premier delivery service, please ask for a quote before placing any orders.
All of our products are made by hand in Ipswich, Suffolk U.K. The pictures used to display our products are taken at the time of them being made and you may find that some products are slightly different in appearance, but the quality of the products is always of the highest standard
